It’s time to relay! We will see you at Alta Vista Elementary School in Redondo Beach.

Hi Team Donovan!

11 days to go until Relay!  We’ve got 11 team members and we’ve raised $5, 913.94!  As many of you know, the luminaria ceremony is one of the most moving parts of the event and this year there’s a huge push to get at least 1,000 luminarias.  Here’s what we need to do:

1. Purchase a luminaria (or two or three) in honor or in memory or in appreciation (i.e. a caregiver) of someone through our own personal page
2. Encourage familly and friends to also purchase luminarias
3. Ask those who already donated to you if they’d like a luminaria

Attached is  half sheet forms that you can print out and share with friends, family and coworkers.  Bring the forms to Relay so bags can be decorated and placed in front of our campsite.

Top 3 individual team members who brought the most luminarias will get to participate in the ceremony and top teams will get to post a sign by their tent area announcing them as the #1 team winner for the luminaria contest.  Don’t forget to also FUNDRAISE! FUNDRAISE! FUNDRAISE!
