What is Relay For Life?

It’s the American Cancer Society’s signature fundraising event. Participants collect donations prior to the event. Teams camp-out at the track for 24 hours of festivities. During the event, at least one member of each team must be on the track at all times, crawling, walking, or running.

The Relay For Life combines fun enthusiasm with inspiration and emotion to make a lasting impact to all who participate. Money raised through Relay For Life helps fund the programs and services of the American Cancer Society. Relay For Life accounts for 30% of their annual income.
